So I've made it to four weeks without cigarettes and haven't lapsed once. I'm not going to pretend that it has been easy in the slightest because it hasn't been. Several times each day my brain has screamed at me to give in and have a fag and each time i've resisted the temptation. I'm not sure if it's getting easier now or not but I know it will in the end and then I'll be properly free from fags forever. Incidentially according to my little Firefox widget I've now not smoked 567 fags and saved myself the princely sum of £139.00.
