According to the counter on my homepage it's been 21 days since I stopped smoking, which means I've now saved over £106 by not smoking some 431 cigarettes. It's proving to be tough at times and easy at others and I'm sureI'vee been a bit snappy at times.

The annoying thing is how smoking seems to worm its way into your head and tries to trick you into giving in. The patches seem to be helping (though whether the effect is psychosomatic remains to be seen) and I really do feel that I've smoked my last fag for ever.
