A London man, 32 year old Jeremy Butler, has taken finding a girlfriend one stage further than most. He set up a stall in Crouch End High Street in north London at the weekend advertising for a ladyfriend.
According to the BBC website he decided to take a more direct approach, handing out fliers and standing next to a 3m-tall banner reading: "Girlfriend wanted, apply here".
Beats the usual chatup lines and small ads I guess.
