My bestest friend Robsta has taken the big brave step of committing himself to running the Nike 10k Run London event on the 28th November. Obviously all his gym-bunny antics will have set him in fine stead for pounding the streets on central London during the night time run.
He's decided to run the 10k for charity and his employers (Unisys) will be matching all the sponsorship money he raises for his chosen charity; The Stroke Association. If you happen to know young Rob you might want to sponsor him through those lovely people at justgiving.com.
